Our objective is to provide a wide selection of brand-name office supplies at the best prices over the Internet. For your peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable.

If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund.

For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website. As per our delivery options you can call us within 24hrs to notify us of any changes to your order. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order.

Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund excluding the cost of carriage. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Returned Merchandize Authorization is issued by their manufacturer. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
